Welcome to Leask Aquatics! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders. You may not use our services for any illegal or unethical purpose.

Leask Aquatics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for the violation of any of these terms and conditions. Leask Aquatics does not ever waive this right and has no policing responsibility concerning any user’s adherence to these terms of use. Leask Aquatics can declare a violation of these terms and conditions at any time.

Fish availability may vary and are subject to change.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for fish shipped via UPS. Please see our DOA policy for further details.

Buyers are responsible for proper acclimation and care of fish upon arrival. We will provide basic care guidelines upon request, but it is your responsibility to research and maintain suitable tank conditions. We are not liable for fish loss due to improper handling, tank incompatibility, or water quality issues.

We accept credit cards and PayPal. All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only issued under our Live Arrival Guarantee. No refunds for buyer’s remorse, incompatibility, or failure to follow care instructions.

All content on our website (logos, images, text, product descriptions) is owned by Leask Aquatics and may not be used without permission.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or payment information.

• Use our fish for illegal breeding, resale without license, or animal cruelty.

• Release any captive live organism into the wild.

• Interfere with our website or attempt to access restricted areas.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or care of live fish. By using the Leask Aquatics website and services you agree to release Leask Aquatics, including any current or future affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, demands, or damages which have occured, which are occuring, or which may occur in the future.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
